Musical Note Rubber Seal
– Musical note rubber seals are manufactured into two profiles, determined by the appropriate load deflection criteria with either a solid or a hollow.
Specification:
– NITRILE RUBBER, NATURAL RUBBER, EPDM or NEOPRENE, POLYURETHANE is moulded or extruded to create the seals.

Nitrile rubber is not toxic. Although acrylonitrile is a type of cyanide, it doesn’t break up into ions once dissolved in water, which gives the type of cyanide used as poison its deadly characteristics. Instead, the material’s molecules dissolve without breaking up, rendering it harmless.
Nitrile is produced by emulsifying butadiene and acrylonitrile together in water, then polymerizing the result, which converts the single unit molecules of the new combined material into larger molecules with multiple units. The end product can have from 15% to 50% acrylonitrile content, depending on the characteristics the manufacturer wants the rubber to have.
Usage of Nitrile Rubber:
Nitrile rubber is popular in applications requiring oil resistance, performance under extreme temperatures, and personal protection. Its hot oil resistance makes it a common material in the automotive industry, useful for gaskets, oil seals, o-rings

INSTALLATION OF SEALS METHODS
Seals can be installed in numerous methods, it can be supplied as complete sets with moulded corners or as separate moulded corners. Water pressure will facilitate the sealing performance.

– is the only material which can be available in the wide hardness scale from 20 shore A to 85 Shore D.
