It was incorporated and start its operation in 1984, as a Two (2) Star machine shop with only a handful of metalworking machines. It was primary established to service the fabrication and machining needs of the majority of industrial plants in Iligan City.

Since then, DBC Machineries Corporation had been shaped by the progressive upgrading of machine and expansion program which began in1987. The expansion program has focused upon making the company a well equipped engineering shop in the Mindanao.

In 1994, with the acquisition of additional modern and efficient machines, DBC Machineries Corp. was rated by the Department of Trade and Industry as Five (5) Star Engineering shop technology.
